Cool Stuff Friday
After losing the first round of DABWAHA by a mere 12 votes, I need something cheerful today! 😉
- LEGO Doctor Who bookends, by Adam Dodge.
- T Rex Trying…
- Functioning LEGO computer keyboard, by Jason Allemann.
- 30 Happiest Animals in the World.

I didn’t know about the voting! *hangs head in shame* I note two things with interest in the tweet stream (is that the right “thing”), however. I would have known if I used twitter AND I would be glad to bolster your follower count post the Michigan court decision.
Now I just have to figure out how… I’m guessing there’s an app.
On the bone question, it likely depends on the kind of bone as well. Bird bones are quite light, which enables flight.

The consensus was that fresh bones would sink, but older, dryer bones might float. Which is good enough for the one sentence bit of description I wanted 🙂

I tried, Jim, I really did! I voted for you — even before I finished the book. (Just finished it this morning, in fact. Loved it! Can’t wait for book three. Are there only three, or will the series continue?)

It’s okay. I appreciate the effort, thank you 🙂
And there will be at least four books in the Magic ex Libris series. Possibly more, depending on what happens in book four, but right now I’ve only got #3 and #4 under contract with DAW.

Squeeee! That makes me incredibly happy. (BTW, just posted my review for Codex Born. http://bookwyrms-hoard.blogspot.com/2014/03/codex-born-by-jim-c-hines.html , if you want to see it. I won’t be upset if you don’t; I’d rather you spent your time writing!)
