Is is about the Sir Young case?
If it is please post it. I lack words to describe how angry I am about that verdict and the atrocity the judge in the case has made.
I have just adopted two cats. They’re still with their foster, since Snap (my foster puppy is still here). He’s got to return to 4PAWS on Friday to start his adult training to become a service dog (and, boy, will I miss him!). So although the cats like dogs, and although Snap likes cats, i’m not bringing the kitties home until Monday, since there’s no point in inflicting the stress of them all adjusting to each other when they’d only live together for a week. (Also, Snap is jealous of my attention and very sensitive, and I want his final week here to be happy and unconflicted.) But I completed the paperwork, paid the fee, and the cats are officially Resnicks now. 🙂 A pair of brothers, black shorthairs, probably under a year of age (but no one knows how old they are–they were rescued from a kill shelter, where they had turned up as kittens, and there’s no background info on them). Very sweet and social and playful. (And should get along fine with the next foster puppy from 4PAWS, which I’ll probably do next years. Taking a break from it for a while after Snap leaves.)

It wasn’t. I was venting about some SF/F-related conflicts…
