The “body language” – if that term can be applied to stick figures – of the presenter in the second panel is fantastic.
(Semi-related note: Really wanted to return to Penguicon this year, but couldn’t make it happen. It’s on the travel priority list for 2012.)

I always have a problem transitioning from general geek humor to more mainstream humor… I recently took a road trip with my mom, and as we were discussion where to eat, I popped out with “We can has Cheeseburger?”
That earned me a look.
