Writing Update
Today, barring anything short of the zombie velociraptor apocalypse, I shall finish this draft of The Snow Queen’s Shadow!
That is all.

Best of luck!

This is why you should always have a zombiraptor plan. Whenever you enter a building, look around for the best escape routes should undead predatory dinosaurs suddenly attack. And remember, the nearest exit may be behind you.

Thanks! Finished the draft at just over 100,000 words. A few more tweaks and fixes, and it will be ready to go to my editor.

Great news, both for you and your readers (Such as myself :p)! I bet you’re eager to put the princesses behind you for a while and write some other tales, huh?
P.S. I know you likely get little say in the cover design, but could you try to wrangle it so Talia is dressed differently this time please? She’s worn pretty much the same clothes on three covers now 😉

“Little say” is right, but I’ll keep that in mind 🙂

Yay!
But once you’re done with that, could you write about the zombie velociraptor apocalypse? Pretty please?

I said over on LiveJournal that if I ever do a collaboration with Seanan McGuire, I’ll see what we can do!
